Join a gathering of great guys on a wild adventure with the occasional cigar, glass of red wine, and some conversations about the big issues of life.

WHAT WE DO

The Wild Heart Adventure is hosted at Bluewater Lodge, a privately owned resort located in Dayton Tennessee on the Chickamauga Lake. Adventure guests arrive Thursday afternoon to a beautiful log cabin lodge room and a chef prepared dinner. After a breakfast for champions Friday morning, we spend the day fishing with professional guides on one of the top 5 bass fishing lakes in the country. After Friday casting, Saturday we go blasting… skeet shooting on a professional range with guides that will provide all the equipment and instruction you need. In between, some friendly pool table games and corn hole tournaments might break out, or perhaps just enjoying some quiet time on the bank of our lodge fishing pond stocked with lunker bass. Everything is included in a single price.

WHY WE DO IT

Men who take on the responsibility of being a husband, father, financial provider, and care giver have a high calling. However, this calling can be a heavy load at times causing men to lose their direction, purpose, and since of adventure. These trips are about two things: Disconnect to Reconnect in an effort to become a better version of yourself… and to have a great time doing it!

Before the trip, everyone reads the book WILD AT HEART by John Eldredge. We use it to launch our daily discussions around the fire pit and dinner table. These discussions are a BIG part of our great adventure as we have conversations about all the significant and important F-bombs of life… like family, faith, finances, and failure! And we talk about God. But don’t worry; this isn’t a Bible study or a church weekend retreat. There are no workbooks or speakers other than the unique insights from the life stories of the guys who attend. This is the real deal – enjoyable, wild and totally authentic, interrupted only by some great meals and the occasional cigar or adult beverage.
